We work hard to make sure we deliver a great service at a good price. All we ask in return is that you respect our terms of business and our employees.

CAR AND SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT

  • Please make sure you remove excess items and valuables from the interior and boot area of the vehicle and keep those items safe so, if they are in a bag, they are not mistaken for rubbish.

  • If the interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit or blood please let us know at the time of booking as this may add extra time and cost to the valet. If this is found to be the case on the day of the valet, excess charges will be discussed before the valeting begins.

  • We will not be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle arising from ill fitting trim, loose or faulty parts, door mirrors held on with tape etc. Please ensure you make us aware of any potential problems before we start the valet.

  • Due to insurance purposes, as well as staff and vehicle safety Dodge Details will NOT commence work on any vehicle that is on the main road, heavily used road, or small and tight road. We also cannot work in pay and display car parks. If your home address or the location you wish for the work to be carried out has any of the above issues, please contact us first. We can always work out an alternative plan and are willing to help.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

  • We carry out valet services all year round but, on some occasions, the weather prevents us from pursuing our normal duties. In this event, if you have an undercover area or suitable garage, we could still valet your vehicle. If no such sheltered work area is available, bad weather may regrettably force us to cancel. We will contact you by phone to confirm the cancellation and to reschedule a more suitable appointment.

 BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

  • Prices shown on this website or discussed on the telephone, are a quotation and may be subject to change once we have seen your vehicle. The quotation may be increased should the vehicle not be as described, extra services are requested, or the vehicle is significantly dirtier than we would otherwise reasonably expect. 

  • Out of hours and weekend appointments may carry a surcharge. 

  • Payments are to be made in CASH or CARD on the day of the valet, unless otherwise agreed before. 

  • Invoices and receipts are available on request.

  • Business and fleet customers can arrange other methods of payments with us.

  • For customers booking the Full Prestige Detailing Valet a deposit of £50 should be paid to Dodge Details at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Within 48 hours of booking you will receive an email with all the details of the appointment and any payment made.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your valet but a minimum of 24 hours. As we are a small business, we need to use our time as efficiently as possible and could give the slot to another customer.

  • Customers booking the Full Prestige Detailing which has a £50 deposit at the point of booking can rearrange a more suitable date to avoid losing their deposit.

  • If, in the rare event we cancel the booking we will arrange another date for you if required. For customers paying a deposit and not wanting a new date, a refund will be given.
